Project Overview

Brava Residential is a Canberra-based property brand built on over four decades of experience guiding sellers, buyers, and developers through all phases of the property market, from growth and opportunity through to uncertainty and correction. The brand was developed to position the business as a trusted, experienced, and forward-thinking residential property partner, combining proven expertise with a modern, people-first approach supported by technology and strategic insight.

The Brief

The brief was to create a complete suite of brand assets to support the launch of Brava Residential, including the refinement of an existing early-stage logo concept and the development of a cohesive visual identity system. The objective was to deliver a professional, trustworthy brand that could be confidently applied across client-facing materials and presentations.

My Role

I worked as the sole designer on the project, responsible for refining the initial concept, developing multiple design directions, and delivering the final brand identity and supporting assets within a compressed timeframe.

The Approach

The approach focused on elevating the brand through a clean, considered visual system that reflected the professionalism and experience of the business. Residential architecture was used as a key visual theme within photography direction to reinforce the sector focus, while the overall identity was designed to feel clear, structured, and trustworthy, supported by a set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in application.

Selected Outcomes

The project delivered a complete brand suite, including logo design, letterheads, business cards, and a full brand presentation supported by guidelines, providing the client with a strong foundation for launch and ongoing use.

Outcomes

The brand has since been used to support alignment with new residential development projects and has contributed to lead generation, establishing Brava Residential as a credible and professional presence within the market.

Reflection

This project demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality brand work under tight time constraints, reinforcing the importance of clear decision-making, efficient execution, and structured thinking when working within limited timelines.
